You, my friend, are a wizard! I came home yesterday, napped for an hour, but still felt a little tired. Went to bed about 11 pm, and slept the best I have in years! Didn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. The hardest I’ve slept in a very long time. I feel so much better today! Thank you! See you next week!

Dr. Mary Mees is wonderful, and I’ve discovered unanticipated benefits from her light therapy. Beyond the 1/2 hour of complete relaxation (and being able to button my pants more easily after her treatment!), my face feels smoother and has a little glow to it. Most impressive though -and totally unexpected, I went in for the regular treatment with a shoulder injury and the light therapy completely relieved it. This is some good stuff, Man!!
