Hi Mary!  I’m loving you today!

I made it though an entire hour long spin class this morning (& pushed it hard) and a motorcycle ride to San Diego today… all pain free! My ankle doen’t hurt today at all, hasn’t all week. I have been smiling like a fool all day long!

I hope that it lasts and that by sticking with this program of acupunture, patches and diatomacious earth – I will be able to exercise fully again.

Dr. Mary Mees is wonderful, and I’ve discovered unanticipated benefits from her light therapy. Beyond the 1/2 hour of complete relaxation (and being able to button my pants more easily after her treatment!), my face feels smoother and has a little glow to it. Most impressive though -and totally unexpected, I went in for the regular treatment with a shoulder injury and the light therapy completely relieved it. This is some good stuff, Man!!
