I was offered a light therapy session that helps the body release toxins and helps with weight loss. Dr. Mary is a beautiful spirit, so full of knowledge and skill. Her facility is a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and also private. I have had many unexpected benefits from the light therapy as well as her sharing her wisdom. I am grateful for her and her practice.

Good morning Mary,

I had such a good night last night!  I went to bed at 10 p.m. fell right asleep, only woke up once at 2 to use the bathroom and went right back to sleep until 6 a.m.  I haven’t slept this good in the last two weeks.
