Hi Mary! I’m loving you today!
I made it though an entire hour long spin class this morning (& pushed it hard) and a motorcycle ride to San Diego today… all pain free! My ankle doen’t hurt today at all, hasn’t all week. I have been smiling like a fool all day long!

Dr. Mary is a beautiful spirit, so full of knowledge and skill. Her facility is a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and also private. I have had many unexpected benefits from the light therapy as well as her sharing her wisdom. I am grateful for her and her practice.
You, my friend, are a wizard! I came home yesterday, napped for an hour, but still felt a little tired. Went to bed about 11 pm, and slept the best I have in years! Didn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. The hardest I’ve slept in a very long time. I feel so much better today! Thank you! See you next week!

The study and its systematic review showed moxibustion treatments were more effective at relieving pain only when the moxibustion began prior to the onset of actual menstruation. This is also the theory behind Traditional Chinese Medicine, that it should be used as preventive care. The efficacy of using moxibustion during the premenstrual time period holds great promise for those who are debilitated by dysmenorrhea. continue reading
